Time/off

Friday, finally!
Am i the only one who’s been forward to this all week? And not just cause it’s cake day.
We picked up our pictures on the way to work, and mine turned out pretty good, although some of them look like the photo guys decided to clean the lint off their Icelandic sweaters while handling my negatives, but whatever, i’m done with them anyway, and these weren’t important pictures, just fun ones.
I’d love to post a bunch right now, but i need to resize them, and while i do have photoshop at work (where i am now), i’m still not entirely comfortable with the mac at the shop, and without knowing the shortcuts, even resizing stuff takes forever.
So i’m just gonna wait till i get home!

This weekend i’m hoping to go shoe shopping, maybe visit my nephew, draw, and hopefully enjoy a bit of sun. I’d also like a real cup of coffee for a change! I’m loving the decaf, but for once i think i’d like a small latte from our favorite coffee shop, and it has been at least a month since i took more than just a sip of Allan’s cortado, so it’s time.

The film had a lot of swan pictures… what can i say, i really like birds

Allan’s client yesterday noticed that we have a bunch of old clocks at the shop, but that none of them worked, something we hadn’t really noticed ourselves, so today i’m wearing my dad’s old watch… it’s been a while since 11 o’clock
In case i decide to take the weekend off from blogging (not saying i will, but it could happen), i hope you all have a nice weekend!

  1. Oh okay. Here we often use "special" as a euphemism for disabled or really weird stuff that makes us uncomfortable.

  2. Special as in unusual for Copenhagen, but i guess they could have a hidden handicap as well!?

  3.  Please don't ever apologize for commenting on every post, it always makes my day! I'm gonna try to figure out who to talk to about getting narwhals in the Copenhagen lakes (we might have to make a few adjustments first…), but until then , you'll be getting lots of swans and some special geese too!

  4. Sorry, I feel like I'm commenting on every single damn post but I just love the swan picture so much! It might seem like "oh boring old swans" to you but when you live somewhere they don't, it's like magic. All you need is a rainbow and a sparkly narwhal and it's like the most magical photograph ever.

  5.  Oh, what a bummer, i hate when that happens. It'll be better next time i'm sure! I am using a Canon AE-1 that my husband got for me the last time we were in Japan, but i have used the lomo fisheye in the past and i have a pink Holga that i use sometimes as well. The Lomo LC-A is pretty great too!

  6. I cannot wait to see your photos, actually! Because I LOVE analogue! Unfortunately I accidentally destroyed a few film rolls, so I couldn't see my work 🙁 But I am about to try it again, so I am really excited! 🙂 Zenit 11, Lomo LC-A and Fisheye 1 are my favourite toys nowadays )) what about you? What type of camera do you have?
